All shipping costs and surcharges include VAT at the applicable rate – with the exception of shipping costs for orders to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

With the “Pick-up” shipping method, we will contact you as soon as the goods are available for pick-up at our warehouse location.
Please always provide us with your contact details (e-mail address and/or telephone number) with your order so that we can contact you.
Payment methods
Pay with direct bank transfer. There are no fees. Please enter your order number as the purpose. Your order will be processed after receipt of payment.
With this payment method you receive a discount in the amount of 0.75% on your order. The discount will be deducted at the checkout after selecting the “Direct bank transfer” payment method.
Pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. There are no fees. Payment processing is carried out by the payment provider Stripe.
Secure payment via PayPal. There are no fees. You need a PayPal account or a credit card.
Secure payment with your Amazon account.
Pay conveniently by invoice within 14 days of receiving the goods. There are no fees. The purchase of the invoice is processed by the payment service provider Klarna – for questions about your invoice please contact Klarna GmbH. You will receive the invoice by email. Billing is possible for private customers from Germany and Austria.
As a corporate customer, you can conveniently receive your goods from us on account. The invoice will be sent by e-mail on the day of shipment and can be paid by you within 14 days.
Pay with your account that is activated for SOFORT Überweisung. There are no fees. Payment is made by the payment service provider Klarna.
Pay with your account via EPS bank transfer.
