The Mennekes emergency charging cable (mobile charging unit) can be used by any vehicle with a type 1 charging standard for charging at the household socket.
This means that both electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles can be charged without any problems.

The emergency charging cable offers fully integrated safety measures such as residual current circuit breakers or temperature monitoring with automatic power reduction.
