Which upstream residual current device (RCD) do I need?
P30 with DC fault detection: An FI/RCD type A is sufficient.
How high must the connected load per charging station be?
There is no defined value for the connected load; the value depends on the connected load provided. The maximum connected load per charging station is 32 A. The maximum permissible current (10 A, 13 A, 16 A, 20 A, 25 A, 32 A) is configured via the DIP switches in the housing.
How must the upstream miniature circuit breaker be dimensioned?
The miniature circuit breaker should be selected one level higher than
the maximum current value set via the DIP switches. The specifications in the
“Installation Manual” must be observed.
Example: With a DIP switch setting of 16 A, a miniature circuit breaker
with 20 A can be used.
