SMARTFOX Pro 2 means connectivity without limitations. A variety of connectivity options brings maximum efficiency to your system. An essential element to maximize self-consumption is the use of devices such as boilers and heat pumps for water heating, electric vehicles, infrared heaters and storage systems. When solar energy is not used directly, these loads provide ideal energy storage in the form of water or even electricity. SMARTFOX can be integrated into both new and all existing systems. The new WLAN interface guarantees the easiest and fastest possible commissioning, including intelligent monitoring.

Optimize your energy consumption

Keep track of your energy consumption and savings with the comprehensive online monitoring service at my.smartfox.at! The overview gives you a clear understanding of your energy needs, while the live view allows you to control your SMARTFOX manually or set it to automatic so SMARTFOX can do the work for you. All of these features are now available to you on the go with the new SMARTFOX app!

PRO compatibility

My SMARTFOX Premium Monitoring is included for 3 years and includes:

After 3 years, the Live View and access to the settings are still available as monitoring.

Premium Monitoring can be extended after 3 years, see Premium Monitoring extension for 1 year or Premium Monitoring extension for 3 years. Extending Premium Monitoring also extends the manufacturer’s warranty for the same period.

When purchasing a SMARTFOX Pro 2 energy manager (in all versions), a SMARTFOX All in One Key is included in the product price. Free activation is carried out by the software in the Smartfox portal. The SMARTFOX All in One Key is required to activate the integration of up to five inverters as well as the control of a battery and a heat pump. The SMARTFOX All in One Key replaces the previously required licenses for batteries, inverters and heat pumps (not those for car chargers).

Licenses

Car charger license

To use a KEBA P30 wallbox (c- or x-series) in conjunction with the Smartfox energy manager, you need a software activation, which you can purchase from us together with your Smartfox. The car charger license is valid for 10 years.

Inverter license

To connect more than one inverter to the Smartfox, you need a software activation.
The inverter license is valid for 10 years.

Battery license

The license for the battery storage (Fronius, Varta, RCTpower, Kostal, Solarwatt, BYD, LG,).
The battery license is valid for 10 years.

Heat pump license

The license for the heat pump (iDM, Bösch and Dimplex).
The heat pump license is valid for 10 years.
